Historic Canal-Side Rooms
Martin's Relais occupies five 700-year-old patrician houses along the Spiegelrei canal. The 46 rooms range from 25 to 50 square meters and feature high stucco ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble floors, and views of either the canal or the inner courtyard garden. Each room includes a modern bathroom with rainfall showers and Diptyque toiletries.
Breakfast and Belgian Beers
A full buffet breakfast with cava is served daily in the grand breakfast room beneath exposed beams. The cozy bar serves local Belgian beers on tap, with outdoor terrace seating available during summer months.
Private Gardens and Lounges
The hotel features the largest private garden in Bruges, with shady trees and a rose garden. Several comfortable lounges with elaborate fireplaces and parquet floors are available throughout the historic buildings.
Heart of Historic Bruges
Located 450 meters from Market Square and the Belfry, the hotel sits directly on the Spiegelrei canal in the old merchants' quarter. The Beguinage, Burg Square, and City Hall are all within a 5-10 minute walk.
Historic Building Services
The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service and free Wi-Fi throughout. The property consists of five connected historic buildings with original features preserved, including 18th-century refurbishments of structures dating back to the 14th century.
